Entwicklung neuer Produkte im Bereich Kabine. Dabei selbstständige Koordinierung und Management aller Themen von Einkauf, Partnerfindung, Patentanmeldung und Testing.
Erstellung und/oder Verifizierung von Installations- sowie Nachweisdokumenten einschließlich Assessments, Berechnungen und Testplänen / Berichten gemäß gültigen Luftfahrtvorschriften
Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen
Evaluierung der Umsetzbarkeit von Kundenanfragen hinsichtlich Implementierung und Zertifizierung / Zulassung
Technische Recherche sowie Angebotserstellung im Rahmen von Zertifizierungsprojekten
Koordination von Interior-Modifikationen bzw. Herstellung mit dem eigenen Part 21G Herstellungsbetrieb/145 Instandhaltungsbetrieb
Ihr Profil
Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik (Aerospace Engineering) oder einem verwandten Bereich. Eine Promotion (Dr./Ph.D.) ist wünschenswert
Umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik (Aerospace Engineering) mit nachgewiesener Erfolgsbilanz bei der Leitung und Durchführung komplexer Projekte
Umfassende technische Expertise in Bereichen wie Aerodynamik, Antriebstechnik, Strukturen oder Avionik.
Tiefgreifendes Wissen über Luft- und Raumfahrttechnikprinzipien, -praktiken und Branchenstandards
Strategische Denkweise mit der Fähigkeit, langfristige Ingenieurstrategien zu entwickeln und umzusetzen
Außergewöhnliche Problemlösungs- und Entscheidungsfähigkeiten mit einem starken Fokus auf Innovation und kontinuierliche Verbesserung
Gute Kenntnisse des EASA Zertifizierungsprozesses
Gute Englischkenntnisse, insbesondere luftfahrttechnisches Englisch
Gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von MS Office

Your mission
Management of the Design & Modification department including budget and cost center responsibility Disciplinary and technical management of employees
Development of new products in the cabin area. Independent coordination and management of all issues relating to purchasing, partner search, patent application and testing
Creation and/or verification of installation and verification documents including assessments, calculations and test plans/reports in accordance with applicable aviation regulations
Processing of customer enquiries
Evaluating the feasibility of customer inquiries with regard to implementation and certification / approval
Technical research and preparation of quotations as part of certification projects
Coordination of interior modifications and production with our own Part 21G production organization/145 maintenance organization
Your profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in aerospace engineering or a related field. A doctorate (Dr./Ph.D.) is desirable
Extensive experience in aerospace engineering with a proven track record of managing and executing complex projects
Extensive technical expertise in areas such as aerodynamics, propulsion, structures or avionics.
In-depth knowledge of aerospace engineering principles, practices and industry standards
Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement long-term engineering strategies
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills with a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement
Good knowledge of the EASA certification process
Good command of English, especially aeronautical English
Good knowledge in the use of MS Office
Initiative as well as analytical and conceptual thinking
Permanent contract position in Memmingen or Hamburg
28 to 30 days holiday depending on the position
