Your mission

ACM Aerospace equips aircraft cabins for airliners, private jets and helicopters. We cover all aspects of development, production, certification and maintenance. Get started with us and apply today for the position of Design Engineer (m/f/d).

Tasks:

Interpretation of the CS23 / CS25 / CS27 and CS29 construction regulations
Planning and management of development projects up to series production readiness
Development of new products in the cabin area and elaboration of cabin designs
Qualification and certification of cabin interiors
Design and modification incl. budget and cost centre responsibility
Processing customer enquiries and evaluating feasibility with regard to implementation and certification/approval
Technical research and preparation of quotations as part of certification projects
Qualification of products in accordance with EASA regulations
Design work in CATIA V5

Your profile

Successfully completed studies in the field of aerospace, electrical engineering or comparable
Several years of experience in an EASA development organisation
Experience in the planning and organisation of projects
Experience in the field of aircraft maintenance
Good knowledge of the EASA certification process and aviation regulations
Good knowledge of English, especially aeronautical English
Good knowledge of MS Office and Catia V5
Initiative as well as analytical and conceptual thinking
Structured and goal-orientated way of working
