ACM Aerospace stattet Flugzeugkabinen von Linienflugzeugen, Privat-Jets und Helikoptern aus. Hierbei decken wir alle Themen rund um die Entwicklung, Produktion, Zulassung und Wartung ab. Starte mit uns durch und bewerbe Dich noch heute für die Position Design Ingenieur (m/w/d).

Interpretation der Bauvorschriften CS23 / CS25 / CS27 und CS29
Planung und Führung von Entwicklungsprojekten bis hin zur Serienreife 
Entwicklung neuer Produkte im Bereich Kabine und Ausarbeitung von Kabinen Designs
Qualifikation und Zertifizierung von Kabinen Interior
Design und Modifikation inkl. Budget und Kostenstellenverantwortung 
Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen sowie Evaluierung der Umsetzbarkeit hinsichtlich Implementierung und Zertifizierung / Zulassung
Technische Recherche sowie Angebotserstellung im Rahmen von Zertifizierungsprojekten
Qualifizierung von Produkten unter Berücksichtigung der EASA Vorschriften
Konstruktionsarbeit in CATIA V5

Ihr Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Luft -und Raumfahrt, Elektroingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einem EASA Entwicklungsbetrieb
Erfahrung in der Planung und Organisation von Projekten
Erfahrung im Bereich der Luftfahrzeuginstandhaltung
Gute Kenntnisse des EASA Zertifizierungsprozesses und der luftrechtlichen Vorschriften
Gute Englischkenntnisse, insbesondere luftfahrttechnisches Englisch
Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Catia V5 und MS Office
Eigeninitiative, Kommunikationsfähigkeit, sowie analytisches und konzeptionelles Denken
Strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise

Your mission

ACM Aerospace equips aircraft cabins for airliners, private jets and helicopters. We cover all aspects of development, production, certification and maintenance. Get started with us and apply today for the position of Design Engineer (m/f/d).

Tasks:

Interpretation of the CS23 / CS25 / CS27 and CS29 construction regulations
Planning and management of development projects up to series production readiness
Development of new products in the cabin area and elaboration of cabin designs
Qualification and certification of cabin interiors
Design and modification incl. budget and cost centre responsibility
Processing customer enquiries and evaluating feasibility with regard to implementation and certification/approval
Technical research and preparation of quotations as part of certification projects
Qualification of products in accordance with EASA regulations
Design work in CATIA V5

Your profile

Successfully completed studies in the field of aerospace, electrical engineering or comparable
Several years of experience in an EASA development organisation
Experience in the planning and organisation of projects
Experience in the field of aircraft maintenance
Good knowledge of the EASA certification process and aviation regulations
Good knowledge of English, especially aeronautical English
Good knowledge of MS Office and Catia V5
Initiative as well as analytical and conceptual thinking
Structured and goal-orientated way of working
