ACM Aerospace stattet Flugzeugkabinen von Linienflugzeugen, Privat-Jets und Helikoptern aus. Hierbei decken wir alle Themen rund um die Entwicklung, Produktion, Zulassung und Wartung ab. Analyse von Schadensbildern an ULD-Containern (Luftfracht-Container) auf Basis der Instandhaltungsdokumentation
Instandhaltung, Reparatur und Neubau von ULD-Containern, im Einklang mit den Qualitätsanforderungen der Luftfahrt
- Metallbearbeitung
- Bohren
- Nieten
- Schweißen (WIG)
- Prüfen
Identifizierung von Ersatzteilen im Ersatzteilkatalog und Nachbestellung in Zusammenarbeit mit der Teamleitung
Verpackung und Transport von ULD-Containern nach Kundenanforderung
Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen
Regelmäßige Wartung und Instandhaltung der Werkzeuge und Arbeitsplatzeinrichtungen

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Berufsausbildung (von Vorteil)
Einschlägige handwerkliche Berufserfahrung (von Vorteil)
Selbstständiges Arbeiten
Technisches Verständnis
Lesen und verstehen von Bauunterlagen
Einsatzbereitschaft, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
- Tägliches pendeln ab Wohnort oder per ACM Aerospace Shuttle von Memmingen in die Schweiz (ca. 55min Reisezeit)
Gute Deutschkenntnisse (von Vorteil) und Englisch-Kenntnisse
Gute EDV-Kenntnisse
Führerschein Klasse B

Your mission

ACM Aerospace equips aircraft cabins for airliners, private jets and helicopters. We cover all aspects of development, production, certification and maintenance. Get started with us and apply today for the position of Service-Technician ULD Maintenance (Switzerland) (m/f/d)

Tasks:

Analyzing damage patterns on ULD containers (air cargo containers) based on maintenance documentation
Maintenance, repair, and construction of ULD containers in accordance with aviation quality requirements
- Metalworking
- Drilling
- Riveting
- Welding (TIG)
- Testing
Identifying spare parts in the spare parts catalog and reorder in collaboration with team leadership
Packaging and transport of ULD containers according to customer requirements
Participation in the optimization of production processes
Regular maintenance and upkeep of tools and workplace facilities

Your profile

Completed vocational training in a craft trade (advantageous)
Relevant vocational experience (advantageous)
Ability to work independently
Technical understanding
Ability to read and understand construction documents
Willingness, resilience, and flexibility
- Daily commuting from place of residence or via ACM Aerospace Shuttle from Memmingen to Switzerland (approx. 55 minutes travel time)
Good knowledge of German (advantageous) and English
Good computer skills
Driver's license Class B
