Aufgaben (Einkauf)
Strategische und operative Leitung des Bereichs Procurement (Einkauf)
Verantwortung für Lieferantenmanagement, Vertragsverhandlungen und -abschlüsse
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher und betrieblicher Regularien im Einkauf (z. B. Code of Conduct, Auditierungen)
Marktanalysen, Beobachtung von Preisentwicklungen sowie Sourcing neuer Lieferanten
Identifikation von Einsparpotenzialen und Umsetzung von Kostenoptimierungsprogrammen
KPI-gestütztes Reporting und Verantwortung für das Einkaufsbudget
Ihr Profil
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
Mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Finanzen, Controlling und/oder Procurement, idealerweise in einem international geprägten Umfeld (Branchenkenntnisse Luftfahrt von Vorteil)
Nachgewiesene Führungserfahrung und Kompetenz in der Leitung interdisziplinärer Teams
Fundiertes Verständnis für MS-Office-Anwendungen (Powerpoint, Excel). Erfahrung mit anderen Tools (z. B. ERP)
Bewährte Führungsqualitäten und starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (jede weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil)

Your mission
Tasks (Finance/Controlling)
Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Finance, Controlling, and Procurement departments
Management and continuous development of all finance-related functions, including Controlling and Accounting
Development and implementation of financial, budgeting, and growth strategies
Corporate planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB
Optimization of cash flow and working capital management
Introduction and development of KPIs for performance analysis, followed by derivation and implementation of optimization measures
Creation of business cases for investment projects and financing
Main point of contact for banks, auditors, tax advisors, and authorities
Analysis of global market risks and treasury management
Tasks (Procurement)
Strategic and operational leadership of the Procurement department
Responsibility for supplier management, contract negotiations, and contract conclusions
Ensuring compliance with legal and company-specific regulations in procurement (e.g., Code of Conduct, audits)
Market analysis, monitoring of price developments, and sourcing of new suppliers
Identification of savings potentials and implementation of cost optimization programs
KPI-based reporting and responsibility for the procurement budget
Your profile
Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering
At least 10 years of professional experience in Finance, Controlling, and/or Procurement, ideally in an international environment (industry knowledge in aviation is an advantage)
Proven leadership experience and competence in managing interdisciplinary teams
Sound understanding of MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel) Experience with other tools (e.g. ERP)
Proven leadership skills and strong communication skills
Very good written and spoken English skills (any additional foreign language skills would be an advantage)
