Organisation und Überwachung der termingerechten Durchführung von Modifikationen und Reparaturen an Luftfahrtbauteilen
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Regulatorischen-Vorgaben (EASA, LBA, SMS), internen Prozessen sowie Qualitätsstandards
Kapazitäts- und Einsatzplanung des Personals sowie Koordination der Arbeitsaufträge
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering, Qualitätssicherung, Einkauf und Logistik
Einführung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Lean-Management-Methoden und Shopfloor-Prozessen
Schulung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden in Zusammenarbeit mit HR
Ihr Profil
Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Meister/Techniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung eines Produktionsbereichs, idealerweise in der Luftfahrtindustrie oder in einem regulierten Umfeld (z.B. Automobil)
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Fertigungsprozessen, Qualitätsmanagement und Arbeitssicherheit
Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS-Office und ERP-Systemen
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (jede weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil)

Your mission
Professional and disciplinary leadership of the shopfloor team (production, manufacturing, maintenance)
Organization and supervision of on-time execution of modifications and repairs on aircraft components
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (EASA, LBA, SMS), internal processes, and quality standards
Capacity and resource planning as well as coordination of work orders
Close collaboration with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Procurement, and Logistics
Implementation and continuous improvement of lean management methods and shopfloor processes
Training and development of employees in collaboration with the HR department
Your profile
Completed technical vocational training, ideally with further qualification as a master craftsman/technician or comparable certification
Several years of experience in leading a production area, preferably in the aviation industry or another regulated environment (e.g. automotive)
Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality management and occupational safety
Very good user knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
Very good written and spoken English skills (any additional foreign language skills would be an advantage)
