ACM Aerospace stattet Flugzeugkabinen von Linienflugzeugen, Privat-Jets und Helikoptern aus. Hierbei decken wir alle Themen rund um die Entwicklung, Produktion, Zulassung und Wartung ab. Starte mit uns durch und bewerbe Dich noch heute für die Position Finanzcontroller (m/w/d).

Erstellung oder Mitarbeit bei sämtlichen anstehenden Abschlüssen sowohl im Rechnungslegungsstandard HGB als auch IFRS
Entwicklung und Bereitstellung jedweder Art von Adhoc-Analysen
Planung von Forecasts und Cash-Flows mit einem kurz-, mittel- bis langfristigen Zeithorizont
Kostenanalysen auf Produkt-, Projekt- und/oder Standortebene
Unterstützung/Prüfung bei der Erstellung von Reportings jeglicher Art bis hin zu Steuererklärungen
Projektarbeiten im Bereich Buchhaltung und Controlling unter Zuhilfenahme agiler Arbeitsmethoden und Projektmanagement-Tools
Treasury Management und Analyse von globalen Markt-Risiken
Wirtschaftsprüfer und Steuerberater
Einführung und Entwicklung von KPIs zur Analyse der Effektivität und Effizienz des Unternehmens; Ableitung und Durchführung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
Entwicklung und Vorstellung von Präsentationen vor fachspezifischem Publikum aus dem eigenen Hause oder externen Interessente zu Schulungs- und Informationszwecken
Ansprechpartner sowohl für interne als auch externe Stakeholder

Ihr Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen, Rechnungswesen oder Controlling
Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in den Bereichen Finanzen, Controlling, Rechnungswesen oder Wirtschaftsprüfung
Erfahrung im Rechnungswesen und Controlling in schnell wachsenden Unternehmen.
Fundiertes Verständnis für MS-Office-Anwendungen (Powerpoint, Excel). Erfahrung mit anderen Tools (z. B. ERP)
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (jede weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil)
Prozess- und projektorientiertes Denken und Handeln
Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
Ziel- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Reisebereitschaft zwischen Hamburg und Memmingen
Führerschein (mind. Kat. B)

Your mission

ACM Aerospace equips aircraft cabins for airliners, private jets and helicopters. We cover all aspects of development, production, certification and maintenance. Get started with us and apply today for the position of Financial Controller (m/f/d).

Tasks:

Producing or assisting with all upcoming financial statements in accordance with both HGB and IFRS accounting standards
Developing and delivering all kinds of ad-hoc analyses
Planning forecasts and cash flows with a short, medium and long-term timeframe
Analysing costs at a product, project and/or location level
Assisting with/reviewing the creation of all kinds of reports, including tax returns
Accounting and controlling project work with the help of agile working methods and project management tools
Treasury management and analysis of global market risks
Acting as an auditor and tax advisor
Introducing and developing KPIs to analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of the company; deriving and implementing improvement measures
Developing and delivering presentations in front of specialist audiences from within the company or external interested parties for training and information purposes
Acting as a contact for both internal and external stakeholders

Your profile

Business and Economics degree, specialising in finance, accounting or controlling
At least five years of experience in finance, controlling, accounting or auditing
Experience with accounting and controlling in rapidly growing companies
Sound understanding of MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel) Experience of other tools (e.g. ERP)
Excellent written and spoken English (any additional foreign language skills would be an advantage)
Process and project-oriented approach
Strong communication skills
Target and solution-focussed approach
Willingness to travel
Driving licence (at least category B)
