Ihre Aufgaben

ACM Aerospace stattet Flugzeugkabinen von Linienflugzeugen, Privat-Jets und Helikoptern aus. Hierbei decken wir alle Themen rund um die Entwicklung, Produktion, Zulassung und Wartung ab. Starte mit uns durch und bewerbe Dich noch heute für die Position Finanzbuchhalter (m/w/d).

Abwicklung der Buchhaltungsvorgängen im Bereich Kreditoren, Debitoren und Sachkonten
Mitarbeit bei der Personalverrechnung (Payroll)
Abwicklung des Mahnwesens / Forderungsmanagements
Kontenpflege/ -abstimmungen und Prüfungen
Vorbereitung des elektronischen Zahlungsverkehrs
Provisions- und Reisekostenabrechnungen
Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
Vor- und Nachbereitung von Meetings
Ad-hoc-Arbeiten und Unterstützung für die Finanzleitung

Ihr Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, Weiterbildung zum/zur Bilanzbuchhalter:in von Vorteil
Mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Buchhaltung
Bilanzierungskenntnisse nach HGB und vorzugsweise IFRS
Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit einem gängigen ERP-System
Fundiertes Verständnis für MS-Office-Anwendungen (Powerpoint, Excel), Erfahrung mit anderen Tools (z. B. ERP)
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (jede weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil)
Prozess- und projektorientiertes Denken und Handeln
Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
Ziel- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Führerschein (mind. Kat. B)

Your mission

ACM Aerospace equips aircraft cabins for airliners, private jets and helicopters. We cover all aspects of development, production, certification and maintenance. Get started with us and apply today for the position Accounting Manager (m/f/d).

Tasks:

Processing of all accounting procedures for accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger accounts
Assisting with payroll
Handling payment reminders/receivables management
Account maintenance/reconciliations and audits
Preparing electronic payments
Commission and travel expense reports
Assisting with monthly and annual accounts
Meeting preparation and follow-up
Ad-hoc work and assisting the Finance Manager

Your profile

Successful completion of a commercial apprenticeship, accountant training is an advantage
At least three years of experience in accounting
Accounting knowledge based on the German Commercial Code and preferably IFRS
Good working knowledge of a standard ERP system
Sound understanding of MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel). Experience of other tools (e.g. ERP)
Excellent written and spoken English (any additional foreign language skills would be an advantage)
Process- and project-oriented approach
Strong communication skills
Target- and solution-focused attitude to work
Driving licence (at least Cat. B)
