Safety Management (SMS) umsetzen und kontinuierlich verbessern
Untersuchungen durchführen, Empfehlungen vorschlagen und Nachbesprechungen leiten
Gefahren identifizieren und Risikobewertungen durchführen, um zur Risikoübersicht beizutragen
Nachverfolgung und Dokumentation sicherheitsrelevanter Vorkommnisse und Ereignisse bereitstellen
Sicherheitsvorschriften, Best Practices und Branchenstandards beobachten und die kontinuierliche Verbesserung des Safety Managements (SMS) vorantreiben
Ihr Profil
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium als Luftfahrt-Ingenieur oder vergleichbarer Bildungsweg
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Luftfahrt sowie im Bereich Quality- und Safety Management
Weiterbildung im Qualitätsmanagement, z.B. als Auditor, Qualitätsmanager, -beauftragter oder -fachmann (von Vorteil)
Sehr gute Windows- und MS Office, Excel-, Word und Projektkenntnisse
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Hohe Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Kooperationsbereitschaft
Ziel- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

Your mission
Tasks (Quality Department)
Ensure compliance with internal and external quality guidelines, customer, and standard requirements, including monitoring process audits and initiating corrective and improvement actions in accordance with EASA Part-145, Part 21G and Part 21J.
Maintain and further develop our integrated management system in line with DIN ISO 9001, DIN EN 9100, and DIN EN 9110 standards
Organize and conduct internal and external audits
Plan, coordinate, and track actions resulting from audits, as well as develop, oversee, and update internal manuals (e.g., Quality Manual - QMH)
Review and approve quality-relevant documents and information
Lead, schedule, and train employees
Liaise with authorities, customers, certification and accreditation bodies, suppliers, and service providers
Manage complaints
Report to senior management
Tasks (Safety Management)
Execute and Improve Safety Management Processes (SMS)
Conduct investigations, propose recommendations and perform debriefings
Perform hazard identification and risk assessments, contributing to the risk landscape
Provide follow-up actions and documentation on safety-relevant occurrences and events
Monitor safety regulations, best practices and industry standards and drive continuous improvement of the Safety Management System
Your profile
Successfully completed degree in Aeronautical Engineering or a comparable educational background
Several years of professional experience in the aviation industry and in quality- and safety management
Further training in quality management, e.g., as an auditor, quality manager, quality representative, or quality specialist (an advantage)
Excellent proficiency in Windows and MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Project
Very good written and spoken German and English skills· Strong team spirit, resilience and willingness to cooperate· Goal-oriented and solution-driven work approach
