Ihre Aufgaben

ACM Aerospace stattet Flugzeugkabinen von Linienflugzeugen, Privat-Jets und Helikoptern aus. Hierbei decken wir alle Themen rund um die Entwicklung, Produktion, Zulassung und Wartung ab. Starte mit uns durch und bewerbe Dich noch heute für die Position Qualitätsmanager (m/w/d).

Durchführung von Wareneingangs und -Ausgangsprüfungen mit entsprechender Dokumentation unter Verwendung eines Software-Tools, mittels Prüfung festgelegter Probengrößen
Erstellung von geforderten Prüfdokumentationen, wie z. B. Prüfprotokolle, Gewichts-Reports, etc.
Erstellung und Koordination von Beanstandungsmeldungen
Prüfplanung in Zusammenarbeit mit leitenden Personen, Konstruktion und Fertigung
Prüfung unterschiedlich komplexer Teile (Geometrie, Form- und Lagetoleranzen, visuelle Inspektion) anhand von Prüfzeichnungen, Prüfanweisungen, Schablonen und Musterteilen
Eigenständige Beurteilung und Handhabung über Freigabe bzw. Sperrung der Teile
Bei Klärungsbedarf Kommunikation mit Vorgesetzten, Wareneingang, Versand, Einkauf, Disposition und Fertigung
Mitwirkung an Prozessoptimierungen
Unterstützung der Fachabteilung bei Produkt- und Prozessthemen

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung (mit techn. Hintergrundwissen)
Berufserfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung
Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS-Office und ERP-Systemen
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (jede weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil)
Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
Kommunikationsstark
Ziel- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Führerschein (mind. Kat. B)

Your mission

Using a software tool, inspect incoming and outgoing goods, along with the corresponding documentation, by testing specified sample sizes
Produce the required test documentation, such as inspection records, weight reports, etc.
Prepare and coordinate complaints
Work with managerial, design and production staff to plan inspections
Test a range of complex parts (geometrical and dimensional tolerances, visual inspection) using test drawings, inspection instructions, templates and prototypes
Independently assess and manage the approval and/or suspension of parts
Seek clarification by communicating with superiors, goods in, dispatch, purchasing, scheduling and production
Participate in process optimisation
Assist the technical department with product and process issues

Your profile

Technical or commercial apprenticeship (with technical background knowledge)
Experience in quality assurance
Familiar with the use of MS Office and ERP systems
Good written and spoken German and English skills (any additional foreign language skills would be an advantage)
Willingness to travel
Excellent communication skills
Target and solution-focused approach
Driving licence (min. Cat. B)
