Kontrolle der Zeiterfassung
Sie arbeiten aktiv in der Rekrutierung neuer Mitarbeiter mit und nutzen hierfür verschiedenste Recruiting-Kanäle
Sie beteiligen sich an HR-Projekten (u.a. Betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement, Benefit-Programme, Betriebsausflüge, usw.)
Sie ermitteln Kennzahlen, analysieren diese und leiten Handlungsempfehlungen ab
Organisation und Planung von Unternehmens-Events
Übernahme von Empfangsdiensten
Regelmäßige Delegation und Supervision von Aufgaben an Auszubildende
Ihr Profil
Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem berufsrelevanten Bereich (Bürokaufmann/-frau, Industriekaufmann/-frau, Personalfachkaufmann/-frau, u.a.)
Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion ist von Vorteil, jedoch keine Voraussetzung
Sie bringen ein hohes Maß an Sozialkompetenz, Teamgeist sowie Flexibilität mit
Sie zeichnen sich durch eine empathische, offene und verbindliche Persönlichkeit aus
Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS-Office und eine gewisse EDV Affinität
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (jede weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil)

Your mission
You provide support to all employees (entire HR life cycle) and act as a competent contact for specialists and managers in all matters relating to human resources
You are responsible for recruiting new employees and in doing so draw on a wide variety of recruiting channels such as cold calling, job fairs and social media etc.
You contribute to HR projects (company health management and others)
You collaborate with managers, colleagues and employee representatives in a spirit of trust
You calculate and analyse key performance indicators and use the findings to recommend courses of action
Planning and organisation of corporate events
Reception and secretarial services
Your profile
Graduate degree in business and economics with focus on HR or have comparable qualifications (e.g. HR specialist)
You have already gained relevant professional experience in a comparable function, preferably in the industrial sector
You have a high degree of social skills, team spirit and flexibility
You are characterized by an empathetic, open and committed personality
Familiar with the use of MS Office and ERP systems
Good written and spoken German and English skills (any additional foreign language skills would be an advantage)
