Ihre Aufgaben

ACM Aerospace stattet Flugzeugkabinen von Linienflugzeugen, Privat-Jets und Helikoptern aus. Hierbei decken wir alle Themen rund um die Entwicklung, Produktion, Zulassung und Wartung ab. Starte mit uns durch und bewerbe Dich noch heute für die Position Produktionsplaner (m/w/d).

Sicherstellung einer termingerechten und effizienten Produktionsplanung auf Basis der bekannten Bedarfe und Forecast-Zahlen unserer externen wie internen Kunden sowie der verfügbaren Produktionskapazität
Verfolgung des Fertigungsablaufes, Abweichungen feststellen, Ursachen analysieren, ggf. eigenständig Sondermaßnahmen einleiten
Troubleshooting bei drohenden Engpässen ggf. die Reihenfolge der Aufträge in Abstimmung mit den Produktionsverantwortlichen umplanen, ggf. eigenständige Sondermaßnahmen einleiten oder Eskalation anhand definierter Eskalationsstufe
Ansprechpartner für Produktion und interne Abteilungen aus den Bereichen Entwicklung, Einkauf und Vertrieb
Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungspotenzialen betroffener Businessprozesse
Digitalisieren und Standardisieren von Prozessen
Auftragsnachverfolgung und ERP-Systempflege

Ihr Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Industriebereich (bspw. Industriekaufmann...) oder erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Produktionsplanung (BWL, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen)
Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Umfeld von Produktionsprozessen (Luftfahrt, Automobil oder vergleichbar)
Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS-Office und ERP-Systemen
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (jede weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil)
Prozess- und projektorientiertes Denken und Handeln
Hands-on-Mentalität, hohe Reisebereitschaft
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
Ziel- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Führerschein (mind. Kat. B)

Your mission

ACM Aerospace equips aircraft cabins for airliners, private jets and helicopters. We cover all aspects of development, production, certification and maintenance. Get started with us and apply today for the position of Production Controller (m/f/d).

Ensuring on-time and efficient production planning using the known demand and forecast figures of our external and internal customers as well as the available production capacity
Monitoring the production process, identifying deviations, analysing causes and independently initiating special measures if necessary
Troubleshooting if bottlenecks are imminent, rescheduling the order sequence in coordination with the production managers if necessary, taking special measures independently if necessary, or escalating based on a defined escalation level
Acting as contact person for production and internal departments in the fields of development, purchasing and sales
Formulating and implementing improvement potentials for affected business processes
Digitising and standardising processes
Order tracking and ERP system maintenance

Your profile

University degree in the field of production planning (business administration, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering)
At least 5 years of experience in the field of production processes (aviation, automotive or the like)
Very good user knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
Very good written and spoken English skills (any additional foreign language skills would be an advantage)
Process and project-oriented approach
Hands-on mentality
High willingness to travel
Excellent communication skills
Target- and solution-focussed approach
Driving licence (min. Cat. B)
